Firstly, we met with their architect Peter to discuss our ideas we were really impressed with his knowledge and guidance on what would work best for us. Lodging with our council was really easy and simple and the team organised all of that including draftsman plans and engineers report. The project manager Chris B and his team built us a beautiful home with such care and all the different trades involved delivered quality finishes. “Ten years ago we used Extend-a-home to renovate the upstairs of our house. This included lifting up part of the roof to make room for a new master bedroom with ensuite, and relocating an existing bathroom. We were delighted with the results, which were completed on time and within budget.

We therefore recently used Extend-a-home a second time to renovate the downstairs part of the house. This entailed reconfiguring the ground floor of the house to create a new kitchen / family room, and relocating the laundry and WC. Again Extend-a-home did a wonderful job, which came in on time and within budget.”
